• Prenatal Yoga: Immerse yourself in the calm of our weekly prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions, which can also be booked as a unique baby shower experience!
• Mama (to-be) Retreat: Take a day just for yourself with a special retreat, complete with a heart ritual from Open Your Heart Studio.
